The head of Brown is almost devoid of hair, From time to time a small amount of hair resembling peach fuzz covers the sides of his male pattern baldness issue. "I think he is well known as a bald ex-cop guy" said a Homerville local. Others interviewed commented that Brown acted jovial around locals that dispised him. "He just doesn't get it" said a waitress,"we don't like conment and carpet baggers, Brown is both."

Allen Brown grew up in Souther Georgia where his deep accent belies his low born roots. Confused as a teen Brown was often seen wandering aimlessly around public parks and alleyways of his town.

In this photo Brown is seen wearing an identification card that identifies him as a probation officer. This photo was taken after Brown's arrest for domestic violence and he was no longer a licensed probation officer. Brown keeps and uses special printers to forge documents, ID cards and other indicia to support his fraud and deception schemes.
Shown in this photo with the dog that lives in his yard, the animal is now a mere shadow of itself. Full of ticks and fleas, the dog has had many litters and her ribs can be seen through her fur. Brown stated before he could be charged with animal abuse the dog would disappear and Brown would report it had "run away".
